The Legend of the Prizzwallers
Legend has it that Prizzwallers are born, two at a time, one at either end of a rainbow. This happens when both ends of the rainbow, at just the same moment, tangle in the cloud-topped trees of the Land of Rainbows.
Here, in this dimension, in the place we call the Earth, we have long spoken of the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Intuitively we must always have known that there was something very special about the ends of the rainbow. What we don't seem to have known is that where the rainbow ends, we begin, that where the rainbow ends there begins another dimension that is within us, within each of us. It is a dimension where our hopes and our dreams and our fears and our defenses all live together cunningly disguised as multi-coloured creatures called Prizzwallers.
When we are children, the events of our lives and our responses to those events, create Prizzwallers, two at a time, unknown to each other, the direct result of the emotional rainbow that colours our lives. Each of the matched pair of Prizzwallers spends its life on a quest it doesn't understand but it is driven to search and search and search, never realizing that what it seeks is its own reflection, the Prizzwaller that was born at the other end of the rainbow that brought it into being. A Prizzwaller that, while it may appear completely different, bears the exact same heart.
When these two meet they are drawn to each other, knowing immediately and without question that this is what they have been searching for, for years and years and years.
All of us have Prizzwallers within us, searching to find each other. Meanwhile we search and search and search for something outside of ourselves that we hope will make us feel complete. We may think we will be complete when we find the perfect profession, the perfect partner or the perfect lifestyle, when what we are really searching for lies within us. Once we help the Prizzwallers to find each other, we will simply BE complete. Our search will end and we will, in this place we call Earth, really have found that pot of gold.
